Inflatable Toy Gets Airbourne

Remember kids, in soviet Russia kite flies you. All you need to get some serious air on a lake is a rather large pool inflatable and a friend with a jet-ski, the rest, as they say, is down to the size of your balls.

Err'm, if massive pieces of solid ice were falling from a radio tower, I'd be running for cover, not stood out in the open filming the whole ordeal. What sort of conditions cause whether like this?
